Our Bespoke Services

This service caters to all occasions (from invitations to table signs, we cover all of the bases.) and is a bespoke service designed as a collaboration between The Potters Artistry and you.

The process of our services is as follows:

Stage 1 - The Consultation

This is when you receive an Occasions Information form and we communicate in detail to establish the criteria for your occasion stationary and ensure our vision aligns with yours.

Stage 2 - Deposit & Design

This is where we take a 50% deposit as this is the major stage of the process. We work to bring your vision to life using our materials, expertise and time.

Stage 3 - Sample & Quality Check

At this stage, your design will be sent to you virtually and this is an opportunity for any changes to be made as once they are printed, they are officially yours and cannot be changed.

Stage 4 - Final Payment & Shipment

This is the final stage where we receive the remaining balance and your order is then shipped to you! Please be advised that all orders through our bespoke stationary design service are non- returnable and non-refundable.
